Half-Life Review
Half-Life finally makes its cross-platform debut with Gearbox and Valve Software’s enhanced version of Half-Life on to consoles. Featuring the classic single-player game, a head-to-head deathmatch mode, and a new cooperative multiplayer expansion called Decay, Half-Life for the PS2 is a gripping combination of superb story design, sly artificial intelligence, taut combat sequences, and logical puzzles.
Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty Review
Metal Gear Solid 2 is simply amazing. Metal Gear Solid took the Metal Gear stealth action series from its Metal Gear MSX origins to a completely remarkable experience with stunning 3D graphics, whimsical and memorable characters, diverse and thought-provoking gameplay elements, unbelievable production values, espionage action, remarkably enticing forethought, and more. Metal Gear is simply remarkable quality, and deserves no better than a Solid sequel of our hero Solid Snake.
Halo: Combat Evolved Review
Bungie’s Xbox first-person shooter Halo: Combat Evolved is a game you need to play. It does not matter if you are into first person shooters or not. You will be. Halo is simply impressive title that has high level of quality written all over it, despite a few problems with it. In a 14 hour campaign, Halo is definitely best described as an action film from beginning to end. Anyone looking for a thrill, a great storyline albeit simple, amazing gameplay, singleplayer and online, look no further.
