Guardian of the Galaxy Review: We Are All Doomed…Or Are We?

Guardian's Of The Galaxy

Guardians of the Galaxy has to be the best movies to come out so far in 2014 in terms of a family movie that warms the heart and a science-fiction movie that heats the planets.  The storyline epic is continual with the cast of vibrant characters, the CG effects are gorgeous, the acting is lively, the sound score is exceptional, and the atmosphere of space is ever-reaching in this new Marvel movie hit.

Guardians of the Galaxy starts off with humble beginning of a little boy known as Peter Quill, who ends up losing his mother at an early age and then becoming abducted in his youth. We find him grown up on the planet ‘Morag’ many years later, and dancing to a retro cassette ‘Mix Tape no.1’ gifted to him by his mother before she passed away. He ends up stealing a mysterious orb and is ended up hunted by Ronan the Accuser. In order to defeat Ronan and stop his evil ways, Quill ends up creating a space team of heroes known as “Guardians of the Galaxy”.  The team consists of tree-like Groot (Vin Diesel), the hot-headed but gentle raccoon Rocket (Bradley Cooper) along with the green-alien Gamora (Zoe Saldana) and tough-guy Drax (Dave Bautista).

The Guardians of the Galaxy take off on a wild adventure that we simply just do not want to ruin with any more detail here even if some of it is predictable. The storyline is ethereal, and it really is a perfect balance of calm and action in space with big epic battles and a lot of humor to be had.
