Max Payne Review

Max Payne has been in production for a very long time. Max Payne has gunplay that’s amazing to watch and yet actually playing it is even better, as all games should be.

Max has a heavy arsenal of highly authentic real-world weapons throughout the game, including pistols, submachine guns, shotguns, sniper rifles, grenades, Molotov cocktails, and more. He can carry as many weapons as he can get his hands on, though you’ll have to keep track of your ammunition reserves. There will always be plenty of bad guys around to soak up all your lead, so picking the right gun for the job and concentrating on how much ammo you use of certain bad guys adds another dynamic to the game. Besides, Max is rather vulnerable–a bullet in the head, let alone a grenade, can kill him. But he can unflinchingly withstand relatively minor wounds.

Max Payne is simply an amazing game on the PS2 as it is on the PC.

I'm all about one thing: reviews that are easy to understand and make sense of.
