Games are real, and can definitely help learn a few things aside. The U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency beleives so, and has just ordered three PC-based games, developed by simulation studio Visual Purple.

Under a $2.6 million contract between the DIA and defense contractor Concurrent Technologies, Vison Purple aims to quickly train spies to analyze situations like radicalism and Islamic fundamentalism. The game’s are: Rapid Onset, Vital Passage and Sudden Thrust.
