Atelier Marie Remake: The Alchemist of Salburg Is Now Available

Atelier Marie Remake: Alchemist of Salburg is now available digitally on multiple consoles as announced by developer GUST Studio and publisher KOEI TECMO. Players will be able to play the game on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam. A launch trailer for the game was also released alongside the announcement.

Atelier Marie Remake: The Alchemist of Salburg Now Launched

In Atelier Marie Remake: Alchemist of Salburg, players will once again meet Marie, a struggling student at the Royal Academy of Magic. In order to satisfy her teacher and graduate, Marie will need to improve her alchemy skills, gather materials, earn money and more. The remake is said to include all-new graphics, new 2D illustrations and ”chibi” style character models.

To ease the player experience, a tutorial mode as well as helpful tips and an Unlimited Mode for a carefree adventure are also available. Players will also be able to learn about new characters and take part in new events in the remake. They will also be able to win prizes by completing various minigames and also dabble in the game’s Photo Mode.

The remake will have both a Standard and Digital Deluxe Edition. The Deluxe Edition contains the Gust Extra BGM Pack and Another Look Costume Set alongside the base game. An option to upgrade to the Deluxe Edition is also available. Moreover, in celebration of the 25th anniversary of the Atelier Marie series, KOEI TECMO has announced that two free DLCs are available for all players: the 25 Glasses accessory pack and the Atelier Series Legacy BGM Pack.
