A new overview trailer for the upcoming action RPG Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden has been released and showcases various aspects of the game. The trailer details the game’s main characters as well as side characters, the plot, the combat, and the world.
Banishers: Ghost Of New Eden Overview
In the game, players will embark on their dark journey through a couple of Banishers, Antea Duarte and Red Mac Raith, who are sent to New Eden to lift a mysterious curse as well as solve haunting cases. But Antea’s sudden death during an attack turns her into the ghost she loathes. As Red, players will have to make a decision on whether to honor the Banisher Oath or try to bring their loved one back.
Players can play as both Antea and Red across New Eden, filled with supernatural creatures and ancient mysteries. Antea’s supernatural powers and Red’s weaponry can be combined to use devastating attacks on creatures and spirits all over New Eden. A mix of combat styles is available with the abilities of both characters, including teleportation and spectral damage. Both the characters can also be upgraded via a skill tree, especially Antea, whose spiritual abilities will help uncover various hidden areas and mysteries in New Eden.
The land of New Eden is fully explorable and has a lot of activities for players to embark on. Players will also meet various characters, each with their own story and personality. Decision-making is key in their stories, as their fates will remain in your hands.
Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden is developed by DON’T NOD and published by Focus Entertainment. The game is set for release on November 7 on the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
