Bayonetta 3 Gameplay Has Leaked And Has Massive Spoilers

It seems that a decent chunk of the gameplay videos of Bayonetta 3 has leaked onto the internet. The gameplay shows the early parts of the prologue as well as some fighting as well. These leaked videos are found from two sources, Mega and the Chinese video sharing site bilibili.

The MEGA videos, part 1 and part 2, show the opening of the game as well as some cutscenes. While the videos on bilibili has a review of the game while the other shows the weapon and magic aspect. So, if fans want to play the game at launch day, they best avoid them. Judging by the gameplay and the showcase of the weapons and magic, Bayonetta 3 certainly looks promising. PlatinumGames have yet to release a statement on the leak. In June, it appeared on the Nintendo Switch Store unexpectedly.

Bayonetta 3 Details

In Bayonetta 3, the player takes control of the titular character as she uses a variety of weapons and melee attacks to slay a wide variety of enemies. The game’s development was first revealed in 2017 with a teaser trailer shown at The Game Awards. The game is being developed by PlatinumGames. In addition to Bayonetta 3,  PlatinumGames also worked on Babylon’s Fall, which received poor reviews and will be shut down soon, and a new title called Project G.G.

During the Direct in September 2021, some official gameplay footage was displayed. In the clips, we saw Bayonetta do some impressive moves and some visually appealingĀ animations. It also shows Bayonetta calling up a huge creature and taking control of it.

Bayonetta 3 is scheduled for release on October 28 on the Nintendo Switch only.
