Blasphemous 2 file size has been revealed by a famous leaker. The second installment in The Game Kitchen’s metroid vania style game comes out next month. As you would suspect, Blasphemous doesn’t take much space at all. However, the second installment is even smaller in size compared to around 4 GB size of the first.
Blasphemous 2 Size is a Mere 2.1 GB
According to the PlayStation Game Size the Blasphemous 2 file size will be only 2.1186 GB. That makes the title almost half the size of its predecessor. As for exactly how long it’ll take to beat is currently unknown. The first title took about 13 hours to beat with over 25 hours if you were looking for 100%.
2019’s Blasphemous was critically acclaimed by both critics and audiences alike, therefore we are expecting the new one to be the same. According to the game’s official description:
The second scripture in the Blasphemous series portends the return of The Penitent One, with a story that continues from the free Wounds of Eventide DLC for the original game, where The Heart in the sky heralded the return of The Miracle and foretold the birth of a new miracle child.
Blasphemous 2 launches digitally on August 24, 2023, following a physical release on September 15, 2023. You can pre-load the title on August 22. It will launch on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
