Call of Duty 2023 is all the hype ever since it was rumored that it will be Modern Warfare 3. Till now, we didn’t have any official information about the title’s release, but that has now changed. Call of Duty via Twitter has revealed that the upcoming title will be revealed during an in-game event in Warzone 2 Season 5.
Call of Duty 2023 Reveal Will Be An In-Game Event
Warzone 2 Season 5 is expected to start on August 9, which makes the reveal likely in August. However, the release date for season 5 isn’t yet confirmed. Revealing the BIG Call of Duty title through Warzone also seems to be the right move, as that has been Activision’s most popular CoD game lately.
The original Modern Warfare 3 was launched over a decade ago. Considering how well Modern Warfare 2 performed, we naturally expect more of the same. However, CoD games haven’t been the best lately if we are truthful, so this could be a chance at redemption.
Call of Duty 2023 reveal will also likely confirm its release date. However, a complete roadmap was already leaked that confirmed the beta testing dates and release date. Which was later leaked by an FTC judge to be November 10. But that for now is just a rumor, so its better to wait till the actual in-game reveal.
