Gotham Knights Details and Release Date
Gotham Knights take place after the death of Batman. As such, players won’t be able to play as the caped crusader of Gotham. But this game will feature four playable characters: Nightwing, Batgirl, Robin, and Red Hood.
Each playable character in Gotham Knights will have a distinct playstyle and abilities that will help players in various ways. All of them can be leveled up, and with that, the enemies will level up as well. The game can be played solo as well as a two-player co-op. But a PlayStation store update suggests that it may be four-player co-op as well.
The PlayStation 4 and Xbox One version of the games were canceled back in May. So, the game will take full advantage of the hardware of the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Gotham Knights are set for release on the PlayStation 5, Xbox Seris X|S, and PC on October 21 this year.
