Warner Bros. has revealed a standalone Quidditch game called Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions. For the people who missed the magical game in Hogwarts Legacy now is a great time to experience it. Not much has been revealed about the title except that the playtests begin this week. You can also signup for the playtests from the link given in the Tweet.

Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions Playtests Begin This Week

Well, this came out of nowhere, didn’t it? Most of us were hoping that Hogwarts Legacy gets treated with a Quidditch update. However, WB surprised us with this new announcement out of nowhere. Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions will finally let you play the wizarding game as a beater, seeker, chaser, or keeper.

Quidditch was something players mourned for when it was revealed that Hogwarts Legacy wouldn’t integrate the sports. However, the dreams have been answered in the most unexpected way possible. Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions boasts a fast-paced multiplayer experience that puts players in the middle of the pitch. You can kick off in all playable positions that we know about in the beloved fictional game.

Warner Bros. hasn’t exactly revealed how the mechanics of the title will work. But, we do see that the graphics look completely different from Hogwarts Legacy. While most will be excited, some will keep on wondering if the sport will ever become a part of the open-world RPG or a probable sequel. We’ll know more about the title once the playtests begin.
