The next Ubisoft Forward is scheduled in September, specifically September 10. This was confirmed in the company’s current fiscal year’s first quarterly report recently.
The report simply stated,
”Ubisoft Forward will return on September 10th, with updates and news on multiple games and projects from our teams around the world.”
Also mentioned in the report was notably the delay of Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora to 2023-24. There were also reports regarding the company’s other flagship franchises.
Upcoming Ubisoft Forward: What To Expect?
Since the Forward is in September, so we should have news on a variety of titles and franchises by then. Interestingly, there was a reference to a “smaller unannounced premium game” in the quarterly report, and the game had initially been scheduled for release this year. However, the new date is set for 2023. There is a good chance that Ubisoft will showcase this game during the Forward.
We can also expect more gameplay of Mario+ Rabbids: Sparks of Hope and Skull and Bones. The two titles are scheduled for release on October 8 and November 20 respectively.
We may also see gameplay of new titles like Project Q and XDefiant. Games of already established franchises like Rainbow Six Siege Mobile and The Division Heartland may also be shown. Ubisoft Stockholm is also working on a new IP and an unannounced project. So, chances are we might get a glimpse of them too.
Additionally, while it might not be present in the Ubisoft Forward, we can surely expect more news on the upcoming Assassin’s Creed in September. The report stated that the future of the series will be revealed in September at a very special event.
