Bethesda Software and Arkane have just revealed a new Redfall story trailer. The trailer gives an insight into what to expect from the world of Redfall which has been infested with vampires. It also reveals how the vampires came into existence and how we will fight our way to win back Redfall.

Redfall Story Trailer Is Horrifying and Thrilling at The Same Time

The Redfall story trailer takes us deep into the plot revealing how the monsters were created. A corporation called Aevum seems to be the main culprit. The events seem to happen when the corporation was targeting immortality and the experiment backfired in creating the vampires. You can watch the trailer below:

According to the official description:

There’s a lot more to the charming island of Redfall than meets the eye. The scientists at Aevum HQ have been working on something world-shattering. People are going missing; there are dead bodies and blood everywhere; the sun has been eclipsed; and vampires rule the town. Were the vampires just an experiment gone horribly wrong or something far more disturbing? Who are the vampire gods? The only thing to know for sure is that everything is going to get a whole lot worse before it gets better.

The Redfall story trailer also gives us an insight into the various kinds of vampires that we will be facing. The end seems to be featuring the real big bad for the game as the vampire declares ‘I’m the last and the first, I will take everything you have‘. There are other very noticeable Arkane and Bethesda elements in the title as well. Redfall is definitely going to be one of the titles that’s going to be on many people’s radars despite always requiring an internet connection.

Redfall launches on Xbox Series and PC on May 2nd, 2023, and will be another day-one Game Pass release.
