Arkane Studios has confirmed that their upcoming game Redfall will support Crossplay on all platforms. So, that means if a player purchases the game on Game Pass they will be able to play with players who purchased it on Steam, or the Epic Games Store, and vice versa. This was confirmed during a recent Bethesda Community Q&A with the developers discussing the game.

Redfall Crossplay Support

It was asked if players who own the Game Pass version could play with Steam friends. The developer replied, ”Yes, you can definitely play with your friends on Steam friends on Game Pass!”. Moreover, Arkane Studios officially confirmed the availability of crossplay between Xbox, PC Game Pass, Steam, and Epic Games Store via a Twitter post.

Redfall is the upcoming open-world first-person shooter by Arkane Studios that will be published by Bethesda. The game is set in a vampire-infested world and will feature four different playable characters, each with their own skills and abilities. In addition to that, though the game can be played single-player, it also supports co-op. This has been made much easier thanks to the crossplay support it will receive.

Previously it was confirmed that you would be requiring an active internet connection for playing single-player. In addition to that, a Bethesda.net account will also be required to play the game

Redfall will launch worldwide on the Xbox Series X|S and PC on May 2, 2023.
