The release date for RoboCop: Rogue City has apparently leaked via a listing on Amazon. The listing states that the release date for the action game is set for June 30th this year. It was previously confirmed that the game would release in June of 2023, but no specific date was confirmed. While the release date might be a placeholder, it is on a Friday. Studios generally go for a Friday release date so that players are able to play on the weekends
RoboCop: Rogue City was announced back in 2022 by publisher Nacon. The game is developed by Teyon, most recently known for Terminator: Resistance. As understood by the title the game will put you in the shoes of the iconic character from the films. In addition to that, a trailer was accompanied which showed amazing graphics as well as a lot of violence. Moreover, the trailer confirmed original actor Peter Weller will be returning to voice the character.
”Armed with your trusty Auto-9, factory-built strength, years of experience on the force, and a variety of tools at your disposal, you will fight forces seeking to destroy the city you call home in an all-new first-person, explosive hunt for the truth. You have the power to decide how to fulfill prime directives in your own way, but as the story unfolds proceed with caution because corruption and greed know no limits.”
