The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remake Leaked

The former employee apparently leaked multiple projects from Virtuos Games that are in the works on Reddit. The post has since been taken down but Xfire managed to get the picture of the thread. According to the leak:

First, there is the ‘Altar’ project, which is a remake of Oblivion (The discussion for it being a full remaster is still going on). It is currently done using a pairing system, so it means the remaster is running using both an Unreal Engine 5 project and the Oblivion one.

The pairing system will work in a way that it will use UE5 rendered graphics but the gameplay will be done in Oblivion. Furthermore, it could release in early 2025, but that depends on whether the title will be a full remake or a remaster.

Additionally, the source has also leaked other projects in the making including a AAA game called Massive. And it is being called ‘Monster Hunter X Shadow of the Colossus’. A DLC for New World is also being worked on, along with a narrative climbing project called Ominous. Most of these projects are in early development at this stage.
