The PlayStation version of Somerville has been revealed through an announcement trailer. The trailer showcases the wonderful visuals of the game, along with some gameplay. What makes the game unique is its awesome adventure-style puzzle-solving gameplay as you search for your family during an alien invasion. You can watch the trailer below:

For those of you who aren’t aware of the title, its key features include:

  • Solve the puzzles of an altered landscape drenched in alien sediment
  • Flee, hide from, or negotiate dangerous encounters
  • Observe and learn from every alien entity
  • Dig deep and find your way to multiple endings, their meaning, and significance

In the wake of all AAA game releases, Somerville is a breath of fresh air, especially for those who are fans of indie games. It is also really positive to see developers porting games to different platforms enabling everyone to play the beloved titles. We recently spotted an IOS exclusive Fantasian on Steam and the release of High on Life on PlayStation hints that the diversity in gaming is increasing.
