It seems that the Stadia-exclusive game Gylt might be coming to other platforms soon. This is implied through the developer Tequila Works’ tweet. The developer had announced last year that the game would be coming to other platforms after Google Stadia was announced to be shut down. It was released solely for the Stadia back in November 2019.

Gylt Going Multiplatform?

An official announcement for the multiplatform release hasn’t been made yet. But, this tweet might imply that it could be coming soon. Moreover, there isn’t any confirmation on the release window or platform, but the fact that it will be coming is great for both the developers and fans. In addition to that, it could come to old-gen and current-gen consoles as the graphics aren’t too demanding.

Gylt is generally not that full of horror compared to others in its genre. But, it indeed does provide a thrilling and intense experience. ”Set in a creepy and melancholic world, GYLT is an eerie story mixing fantasy and reality in a surrealist place where your nightmares become reality” is described on the game’s official website. ”Hide from terrible creatures or confront them as you find your way through the challenges of this wicked world.” it is also mentioned. Players will take on the role of a young girl called Sally in the game. She will have to face her darkest fears and nightmares.

If Gylt does comes to current-gen consoles, it can use utilize some unique features. One crucial example is that of the PlayStation 5’s DualSense controller. We will have to wait and see if the developers incorporate them into the game if it releases on that console.
