A comprehensive trailer revealing Star Wars Outlaws gameplay was showcased at the Ubisoft Forward today. Announced a couple of days ago, a cinematic trailer was shown revealing the immense potential of the title. It’s the first-ever open-world Star Wars game coming in 2024.

Star Wars Outlaws Gameplay Shows a Very Cinematic Open-World Title

Star Wars Outlaws gameplay features some amazing graphics from the early impressions. The title somehow manages to look even more cinematic with its design and art style. While Jedi Survivor was a typical Star Wars game with a bunch of lightsaber combat, this takes a much different approach. It focuses largely on stealth, blaster, and vehicular combat. You can watch the trailer below:

In Star Wars Outlaws you play as Kay Vess, a scoundrel seeking freedom and the means to start a new life. It has been set between the events of The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi, making it canon in the Star Wars universe. As Key Vess, you have to fight, steal, and outwit your way through the galaxy’s crime syndicates with your adorable companion, Nix.

Vehicles and Spaceships are also a pivotal part of the title. You have a bunch of traversal options at your disposal which we see in the gameplay. They’ll be used throughout the game for combat and traverse as you explore distinct planets across the galaxy, both iconic and new. The title releases in 2024.
