Capcom has revealed a Street Fighter 6 collaboration with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The 35 seconds trailer gives us a good look at the new cosmetics, emotes, and other stuff. The collaboration begins on August 8 on all platforms that the title is available on.
Street Fighter X TMNT Collab Begins on August 8th
The trailer showcases our favorite chaotic turtles. There will be costumes available for all 4, Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael, and Michelangelo. The costume designs look really cool and we even see the turtles in action in the fighting arena. Here’s the gameplay trailer:
The official description reveals all the additional content coming with the TMNT collaboration:
Get radical with TMNT gear and emotes, new Titles, TMNT stamps, in-game device wallpapers, camera frames in Photo Mode, and turn your World Tour and Battle Hub custom avatar into your favorite turtle
The collaboration falls in line with the Ninja Turtles feature film titled ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem’. So, part of the reason for the collab is to promote the new movie along with expanding Street Fighter 6 with more content.
TMNT games have had great reception from the audience and seeing them as a part of other titles is always welcome. The wholesome group has been a part of various collaborations in the past including Injustice, Modern Warfare 2, and more. The collaboration begins on August 8.
