Claudio Serafino is a relatively new character to the Tekken franchise and is back for the latest installment. He was first introduced in Tekken 7 and will be a part of Tekken 8 as well. Bandai Namco has dropped a brand new video that shows off Claudio Serafino in action.
The ‘Banisher of Demons’ Claudio Serafino is Back in Tekken 8
While most other older characters got a complete makeover, Claudio’s design has been kept relatively similar to his Tekken 7 self. He boasts the same white attire with his slicked-back grey hair. He’s had the least number of moves for any Tekken character previously. But his core moves and power-up make him a force to be reckoned with. You can watch the trailer below:
Additionally, Claudio’s mystical powers and fury have great animation and design. The character design while pretty similar is even more detailed and looks really good. Also, Claudio’s origin is in Italy and he is considered the world’s strongest exorcist. He is also the leader of an organization called Archers of Sirius. You can read more about that here.
Tekken 8 is currently entering its closed beta testing, which will be an excellent way to experience the title beforehand. We currently don’t have a release date but that may be revealed at the Gamescom happening soon.
