The Dark Pictures Anthology announced the latest entry in its series in the form of The Devil In Me in 2021. A trailer was also launched and the release date was revealed to be in fall 2022 though no exact date was announced.

Though a year later Supermassive Games still hasn’t given a precise date, thanks to a leak we now have the exact release date for The Dark Pictures Anthology: The Devil In Me. Aggiornamenti Lumia who previously rightly predicted the launch date of Skull and Bones revealed that the game is set to launch on November 30, 2022.

The Devil In Me will be the fourth entry of The Dark Pictures Anthology. It will focus on a similar story as its previous counterparts. The series kicked was kicked off in 2019 by Man of Medan.

The Devil In Me will be the same interactive drama horror genre. The Devil in Me’s story trailer implies that the new game would be based on the infamous “Murder Castle” of serial murderer H. H. Holmes, which the unfortunate protagonists of the game have been invited to visit. Additionally, it provides us our first look at Irish actress Jessie Buckley, who is famous for her part in the film “Men.”

Though the previous entries in The Dark Anthology are not overwhelming, Supermassive Games already has award-winning titles like Until Dawn up its sleeve which can provide a great model to base the latest game on as it follows the same genre.

We could argue that if the game is indeed launching on Nov 30, it will be the same month as God of War: Ragnarok. And according to the hype GoW; Ragnarok has around it, November is not a good month to launch any other video game.

We really hope that Supermassive Games have done great with this game as the trailer implies and we have a masterpiece ready for us just like Until Dawn. Stay tuned for any further news as we will keep you updated.

Will you guys play The Devil in Me? And what are your views on the previous titles in the series? Let us know in the comments.
