The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is a month away. With all the hype surrounding the much-awaited sequel, Nintendo has released a brand-new trailer. The final pre-launch trailer gives us a roundup of the beautiful environment, the characters, and Link’s new adventures.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Last Pre-Launch Trailer Revealed
Tears of the Kingdom is a sequel to 2017’s Zelda: Breath of the Wild. The Zelda series set a new benchmark for open-world games with its breathtaking settings and other gameplay aspects. Naturally, the expectations for TOTK are more of the same. You can watch the new trailer below:
The final trailer is nothing short of epic. It delivers everything good about BOTW and more. The graphics look mostly the same but we are not complaining about that. We see some brilliant scenes from Hyrule in the trailer including some memorable places.
Ganondorf looks better than ever along with all the returning and new characters. We also get a few hints about the story and gameplay in the mix. The gameplay looks really refined with neat animations and physics as we expect from Zelda. It seems our comrades can even fight alongside us this time as well. The main theme and soundtrack are also really well done.
Despite everything good, we have to say about the title, the question of how it will perform still persists. We know the Switch’s hardware is now outdated and many people have been saying that Nintendo should’ve waited at least till the next-gen version to launch Tears of the Kingdom. However, we hope the title performs well and proves the critics wrong. Zelda is too big of a name to be not done right. TOTK launches on May 12, 2023.
