Ubisoft Forward is set to take place on September 10, 2022, and it looks like multiple Assassin’s Creed games will be announced. While thanks to a press release we already know what to expect from the event, it has more than meets the eye. It was expected that Ubisoft will showcase their newly announced AC Mirage but seems like we’ll have a lot more.

Famous leaker and industry insider Tom Henderson has revealed that the upcoming Ubisoft Forward will present various Assassin’s Creed games including the much rumored AC: Infinity.

Multiple Assassin’s Creed Games

A total of 6 AC projects have been revealed by Tom that will be officially revealed at the Ubisoft Forward. These include:

  • Assassin’s Creed Mirage (Baghdad setting)
  • Assassin’s Creed Project Red (Japan setting)
  • Assassin’s Creed Project Hexe (Central Europe setting)
  • Assassin’s Creed Project Jade (Mobile/China setting)
  • Assassin’s Creed Project Nexus (VR)
  • Assassin’s Creed Valhalla DLC

We already had a lot of information leaked about Assassin’s Creed Mirage. The Ubisoft forward will see a more in-depth look at the game and how it brings back elements from the original AC games. The game will feature a young Basim who was primarily introduced in AC Valhalla.

Project Rex and Hexe will be a part of the Assasin’s Creed infinity. Both will feature a different setting and storyline. Project Red will reportedly take us to Japan which was a highly demanded setting by the fans. You will control a samurai protagonist which could be chosen as a male or female.

Project Hexe according to Tom will be the darkest AC game yet, which isn’t something these games are known for. It’s understood that Project Hexe is set during the witch hunt era in 16th century Europe. This newer prospect could be really interesting and bring a lot to the franchise.

The rest of the projects are not as major. Project Jade is going to be a mobile game set in China. Project Nexus will be a VR title but whether it will be announced at this Ubisoft Forward is still to be seen. The last new showcase will be the Assassin’s Creed Valhalla DLC which has already been announced.

Ubisoft Forward will be held on September 10, 2022, at 8 PM (BST) and you can stream it via Ubisoft’s official site, YouTube or Twitch. There will be rewards for Twitch streams as well.
