Any anime fan who has watched the insanely popular Naruto series has definitely dreamt of being a shinobi. Well, Epic made all of our wishes come true by introducing Naruto skins in Fortnite.

Initially, only four main shinobis were introduced in Chapter 2, Season 8. However, the massive popularity and great reception allowed Epic Games to bring in four additional characters in Chapter 3, Season 3. So, here’s our take on ranking all the 8 Fortnite Naruto skins.

Note: There may be minor spoilers ahead, so proceed with caution.

It pains me to put Hinata this low on the list, but I’m left with no other choice. Don’t get me wrong, her skin looks pretty impressive, and remains faithful to the show/anime. However, the other Naruto Fortnite skins are just way too good to pass up, leaving her in our 8th spot.

The Fortnite Naruto skin version of Hinata dons her iconic purple and white jacket with her blue pants, matched with her long dark blue hair. There’s also an available Hinata Uzumaki style where she uses a cropped light purple hoodie with a white long-sleeved top. She also wears khaki shorts and open-toed boots. You can also turn her Byakugan on or off.

Bring out the inner darkness within and use the Akatsuki’s own Itachi Uchiha. Sasuke’s brother can’t let him have all the fun and was added to the game in June 2022. Only truly sinister Fortnite players will dare to use the Itachi Uchiha skin. You can’t deny that it does look cool, though.

In his default style, Itachi represents the Akatsuki with his black and red gown, the traditional attire for group members. His alternative style has him wearing the Anbu attire wherever they carry out assassinations or missions. Honestly, the default Akatsuki attire looks really amazing, especially when running out in the open.

Sakura Harano

The always reliable medical master of Team 7 comes next. Sakura is probably the waifus of a lot of gamers out there. She’s one of the most popular anime girls with pink hair and easily the most recognizable character in the anime, outside of Naruto and Sasuke.

Sakura’s default look features her red vest, pink and black shorts, and her short and jagged hair. It mainly reflects her outfit in Naruto Shippuden. The Sakura Uchiha alternative copies her look after the Fourth Shinobi World War, where she has settled down with Sasuke. Even if you haven’t watched the series, there’s much to love about Sakura’s Fortnite skin design.

Gaara

Here comes our favorite villain turned hero after a redemption tour. Gaara got a new perspective after being defeated by Naruto in battle. This allowed him to gain the respect of fans and earn their love. Will the Gaara Fortnite Naruto skin earn the right to open your wallet?

Gaara’s default sees him wearing a long-sleeved red coat, along with black trousers and sandals. His Fifth Kazekage style reflects a similar red floor-length coat with a much flatter hairstyle and his trusty Sand Gourd strapped to his waist. What made me rank Gaara so high is the unique glider that allows him and only him to ride the Sand Cloud.

4

Naruto Uzumaki

I know it sucks to see the titular character this low on the list. However, what else can I do? The other skins just look better and have more to offer. Don’t worry. Naruto still kills it whenever he performs the Full Tilt emote. There’s no other character that can replace him for that.

Naruto Uzumaki appears in his legendary black and orange tracksuit that he uses in the Naruto Shippuden series. The Seventh Hokage style has him looking older and wearing a white cape, black and orange zipper top, and black jeans. A tiny little detail also includes his prosthetic arm wrapped in bandages.

3

Sasuke Uchiha

Aside from the titular Naruto, Sasuke is a solid fan favorite. You’ll even often see him as an anime PFP. He often looks “cooler” of the two, both through his demeanor and his clothing style. In Fortnite, he’s no different. He also brought his scabbard, from which he pulls out the Snake Sword whenever both are equipped.

Unlike his other shinobi brothers and sisters, Sasuke only has one main style. It has him wearing a zipped-up lavender-like shirt with a dark purple skirt and black pants, all held together by a thick purple rope. Sasuke’s customizable component are the color of his eyes. The default is his Rashengan eye, while the alternate is the Rinnegan eye.

2

Kakashi Hatake

As one of Konoha’s most talented shinobis, Kakashi uses his knowledge and experience to lead Team 7. He’s the final Fortnite Naruto skin that was part of the original release, and he’s by far the best out of all of them.

What I like about Kakashi’s Fortnite skin are his three different styles. His default highlights his most common look throughout the anime. Kakashi wears a plain navy blue top and bottom with an army green jacket.

The Black Ops Kakashi style uses his Anbu outfit with an all-black interior and a lavender vest. His final style mirrors the same outfit but with his white and red dog-like mask.

1

Orochimaru

The best Fortnite Naruto skin, in my eyes, belongs to Orochimaru. Orochimaru had a solid redemption arc in the anime where he isn’t a full-on villain now. His Fortnite skins don’t need any redeeming, though; it’s already perfect.

Orochimaru can be seen wearing his missing-nin outfit, where he has a black long-sleeved shirt, grey bottoms, and a khaki robe with a thick purple rope tying it all together. His alternative appearance is the Hidden Leaf Era style, which has him wearing a navy blue top and bottom with a grey vest on top.

The best thing about Orochimaru’s skin is the built-in Striking Shadow Snakes emote that only he can use. This is really what made me choose him as the best Fortnite Naruto skin. It’s just stunning to look at and can’t compare to any of the other skins.

Conclusion

Ultimately, we’ve decided to go with Orochimaru as the best Naruto Fortnite skin. His look, together with his exclusive emote, is just too hard to beat. However, don’t forget that skins can’t win you games. So make sure to check out the best weapons in Fortnite to match your awesome skins.
