It seems that a lot of Metroid Dread Gameplay Footage has leaked its way a week early to the internet. While none of it is in spoiler territory (yet), the leaked clips show us a lot of the early game and what you can expect to see in the opening minutes of the game.

Early gameplay footage is no surprise, as it’s common practice for people to receive their games a week or so early from the expected release date. As such, this could also mean that the ending for the game will also be out in the wild very soon, so if you have been waiting to experience the game, it’s worth staying off the comments section in YouTube or other places where you know spoilers will be lurking.
Metroid Dread was a game that came out of nowhere and pleasantly surprised fans when it was announced. While it isn’t the game fans were expecting to be announced, it is still a good buffer game to keep fans happy until Nintendo addresses the OTHER Metroid Prime game that has been in silence for a long time.
Metroid Dread is a welcome surprise for fans, considering the long-standing silence on Metroid Prime 4 over the last few years.
However, with the recent announcement of Bayonetta 3 at the latest Nintendo Direct, we can only hope that news for the rebooted entry is not far behind.
