With the PlayStation 1 and 2 gamers could comfortably get on their gaming console without disturbing anyone else, but ever since the PlayStation 3, the beep sound has been a staple of the console family and it was something no one asked for. The feature has been the subject of a popular meme as the sound acts as an alarm to alert family or partners that you are about to have fun, and it’s time for chores.
