The developers have shared the target resolution, and framerate along with the requirements. There’s a really big gap between minimum and recommended, which likely indicates scalability. If you’re looking to play the game at 1080p with a 60 FPS target at High settings, you’ll need something like a GTX 960 paired with an i5-3470.
If you’re fine with turning the settings down to low, you can play at the same resolution and framerate target on older GPUs with 1 GB of VRAM, paired with an Intel Core 2 Duo. These components are barely ever mentioned anymore. So if you’re on a lower-end system, you can easily enjoy it, albeit at lower settings.
Apart from that, you need a total of 26 GB to install the game, and 8 GB of RAM.
