Keep in mind that we will discuss spoilers so if you want to avoid them, we suggest trying to solve the puzzle on your own. With that said, let’s dive right in and get started.
Alone in the Dark: How to Solve Perosi’s Puzzle
After solving the well puzzle, you must complete Perosi’s puzzle. This one is slightly longer and a bit difficult than the previous one so if you’re having issues solving it, worry not.
Use Batiste’s Keychain to go to the Administration area and grab Perosi’s Key from the table on your right. Then, head back to the astronomical clock where Perosi’s is down the hall.
Use the key to unlock Perosi’s room and grab Perosi’s Journal from the bed. This contains a series of numbers and zodiac signs.
Now, look at the paintings on the left wall and turn them. However, keep the ones with rot facing their back towards you. You can now read the nameplates: William Arges, Franklyn Mosig, and Simone Danny.
Once you know the names, look at the wall on the right where you’ll see a family tree with a series of names with numbers. To help you out, William is 2, Simone is 4 and Franklin is 9.
Note down the order of the names and match them with the zodiac signs from Perosi’s journal (Pisces, Libra, and Taurus). Entering the code will open the padlock and give you another disc fragment.
After doing so, exit the room by going to the end of the hall after the anomaly is triggered.
You can finally use the two-disc fragments you got from the well puzzle and this on the astronomical clock. This will allow you to get the talisman code which you can place on the disc to enter the code (3-4-6).
You can enter the Hall after where you came from and progress the game.
