Call of Duty Slipstream is now the codename for the next entry in the series. While many rumors are abuzz with speculation that the game will be going back to the World War 2 roots or be a continuation of 2017’s Call of Duty WW2. Currently, leakers and more speculate that the game will be called Call of Duty Vanguard.

Call of Duty Slipstream is looking to be the codename for the latest entry in the series. While Vanguard is the current speculated name for the game.

All in all, it looks like Call of Duty Slipstream could just be the name but the logo does give off the World War 2 logo vibe, which is what could help cement rumors of the game being set in the era.
While there are little to no concrete details regarding Vanguard or Slipstream thus far, we should be expecting a teaser or an eventual reveal soon. It wouldn’t be Activision without them releasing an annual entry to the Call of Duty series.
