Cyberpunk 2077 Next-Gen Patch is something that has been a hot topic for gamers. It’s common knowledge that the game runs poorly on the base models of the PS4 and Xbox One, but runs relatively better on the PS4 Pro/Xbox One X. The experience is even better on the PS5 and Xbox Series consoles. The next-gen patch for the game will add proper support for the game to these consoles and make them like they’re meant to.
Cyberpunk 2077 Next-Gen Patch Incoming Tomorrow?
Cyberpunk 2077 is a release that won’t be soon forgotten. While the next-gen patch is something that has been talked about for a while, CDPR has scheduled a stream set for February 15th.
A Twitter user spotted something curious on their Xbox and showed the Optimized for Xbox Series X|S logo next to Cyberpunk 2077.
Perhaps this could mean that Cyberpunk 2077 Next-Gen Patch could be the highlight or on the agenda for tomorrow’s RED Stream? It is something that is being explored as a possibility, considering the reception of the game.
The next-gen patch is something that is long overdue, and with a date like tomorrow, it might also be the opportunity for the game to announce the long-rumored Xbox Game Pass addition?
For now, a lot of this is just speculation and is a question that can only be answered when the day arrives tomorrow.
Currently, as of checking our own Xbox Series consoles and Xbox App, we do not see the same sighting as the ones in the tweet, but it could also be attributed to regional differences between the consoles and their respective stores.
Let us know what you think? Would you be excited to try Cyberpunk 2077 on the Xbox Series consoles and PS5 without running it in compatibility mode? Leave your thoughts in the comments section below!
