Diablo 2 Resurrected is a remaster of the classic action RPG title from Blizzard Entertainment. The remastered version features enhanced visuals, quality of life improvements, and the ability to toggle between both versions. It’s coming out on multiple platforms including PC, and consoles this month. Now, the Diablo 2 Resurrected PS5 file size has been revealed as well.

If you are looking to get the game on PS5, you will need a total of 38.141 GB, without the day one patch. It’s very possible that the size may be different when the day one patch comes out, but for now, this is the information about its size.
This comes from the Twitter account “PlayStation Game Size“, which has been spot on when it comes to the sizes of various PlayStation titles on PS4, and PS5. You can check out their tweet below.
Some additional information revealed is the pre-load time. You will be able to initiate your download on 16th September. That is plenty of time to get the download done before the game comes out after a few days.
PS5’s game sizes have been generally lesser than the PS4 versions, and it will be interesting to see what the difference is here.
Diablo 2 Resurrected
The title is coming to PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X and Series S, and Microsoft Windows on 23rd September 2021.
It is available to pre-order on all the stores as well. Keep in mind, that PC users can only purchase the game through Battle net. The game is playable solo, or in co-op mode with up to 8 players.
There are multiple editions available as well, including ones that contain a copy of Diablo 3.
Fans waiting for Diablo 4 still have some time, as the title is coming out next year. Though, with recent lawsuits against Blizzard and Activision, we can’t be too sure what the internal situation is at the studios.
