EA has officially announced plans of finishing off any development on Apex Legends Mobile and also stopping further efforts on the yet-to-be-revealed Battlefield Mobile. The news comes from the company’s official blog post which states that both mobile games are going to be put to a close at the earliest possible time.

EA has officially announced via a blog post that they are ceasing development on future content for Apex Legends Mobile, and in addition, they are also putting development toward Battlefield Mobile to a halt as well. the title launched in May 2022 and was relatively well received by fans who thoroughly enjoyed the endeavor, however, it failed to last the test of time.

Apex Legends Mobile will continue to operate until May 1st, 2023, after which the game servers will be shut down. In addition, the Battlefield Mobile title that was also being worked on has been suspended.
The publisher has stated they want to put all of their efforts toward improving Battlefield 2042 and other projects.
