Harmony: The Fall of Reverie is the latest narrative-driven title from DON’T NOD. The title is out now on PC and the Nintendo Switch, and while the PC version runs quite well, there are a few features missing that we expect from modern PC titles. If you want to fix the Harmony Fall of Reverie ultrawide issues, here is how you can do that.
Fixing the Harmony Fall of Reverie Ultrawide Issue
While the game runs at ultrawide resolutions, there are black bars at the side throughout the experience. This can get in the way of immersion for users with wider resolutions, and it’s something that we hope is addressed in future updates. For now, though, Rose from the widescreen community have you covered and released a fix for the problem.
- Head over to the following GitHub link
- Scroll down a bit, and download the latest zip of the patch (196 KB) under Assets by clicking. As of writing, it is version 1.0
- This will download the zip file, which you need to extract using a compression tool like Winrar or 7zip
- Extract the file into the game’s installation location
HMY\Binaries\Win64\
That’s all you need to do, and the next time you launch the game it will run properly in ultrawide resolution without black bars. Here is how the game looks with the patch applied.
