Due to the toxic nature of certain people, you might have to block them in LoL to avoid them in future games and not see their messages. However, what happens if you want to unblock someone you accidentally blocked? We will show you how to unblock someone in League of Legends.
While Riot has made it easier to unblock summoners, it can still be difficult to find the option if you don’t know where to look. With that said, let’s dive right in and get started.
League of Legends: How to Unblock Someone
If you accidentally blocked someone or want to unblock a person and give them another chance, you can easily do it from the client.
To unblock someone in LoL, you have to
- Launch the client and open the settings menu.
- Click on “BLOCK LIST“.
- Hover over the name of the person you want to unblock.
- Press the “x” next to their name to unblock them.
- Click “DONE” to close the pop-up menu.
Once you press the “x” next to their name, you’ll have to click “Yes” to confirm that you want to unblock the summoner. This will unblock them and allow you to chat with them again and see their messages.
Keep in mind that the person will be removed from your friend list despite you unblocking them. So, make sure you send them a request again to add them to your list. After this, you can play with them and message them again without any issues.
