In a brand new trailer shown off at Gamescom Opening Night Live for Mortal Kombat 1, the trailer confirms Sindel and Shao Kahn as playable characters. The latter has gotten a newer look than Sindel, but make no mistake, he is still as deadly as you expect.
New Mortal Kombat Trailer Gets Hairy
The latest Mortal Kombat trailer introduces us to Sindel and Shao Kahn. Two of the most well-known villains in the series could potentially be turning over a new leaf in the title. Sindel rocks her iconic white hair, with Kahn getting a noticeable horn upgrade.
We also see Motaro and Shujinko as Kameo fighters, and it has been a long while since we have seen Motaro in any Mortal Kombat game which is a refreshing change!
The video ends with showing off a grizzly fatality from Sindel and once again shows that her hair is really a major part of her entire personality.
They are the latest characters to be added to the roster as the game steadily heads to a September 19th, 2023 launch for the PS5, Xbox Series, and PC.
