Palworld is now available on PC and Xbox consoles in early access. We had a great time playing through the early hours, and think it’s a lot more than just Pokemon with guns. The game supports cloud saves on PC, but if you want to manually back up your progress, here is the Palworld save file location.
Palworld Save File Location
You can find the Palworld save files at the following address on PC.
C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\AppData\Local\Pal\Saved\SaveGamesIn the SaveGames folder, there will be another folder with your unique Steam 64-bit ID. Inside that are your specific save files, ordered by the profiles you have created. I recommend backing up the entire SaveGames folder, just in case.
Faster Navigation
To quickly navigate to this location, I recommend using Windows Run.
- Open Windows Run by either pressing the Windows + R keys together or by searching for it in Windows Search
- Enter the following address, and press OK
%USERPROFILE%/AppData/Local/Pal/Saved/SaveGames
Even if you want to back up the files locally, I still recommend that you turn on Steam Cloud, especially for Palworld.
