It seems that we might get a reveal for Call of Duty 2023 sooner rather than later. According to the sources at Insider-Gaming, they have confirmed that the reveal can happen as early as the beginning of August, and while that is a tentative date, we can still expect to hear something about the upcoming title in that month according to the source.
Call of Duty 2023 Reveal Happening In August
It only feels like yesterday when we saw the launch of Call of Duty Modern Warfare II, and while we don’t know much about the 2023 entry for the title, we now know a date courtesy of Tom Henderson, a reputed insider in the gaming world.
According to a new report from Tom, we will get the reveal in August and there will be beta tests for the console and PC versions throughout October, with a November release date.
In a timeline shared by insider-gaming, the following dates were shared:
- Beta Weekend 1 (PS4 & PS5) – October 6th to October 10th, 2023
- Beta Weekend 2 (PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and PC) – October 12th to 16th, 2023
- Campaign Early Access (PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and PC) – November 2nd, 2023.
- Full launch of the game (PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and PC) – November 10th, 2023
Tom’s report also confirms that Zombies will return to this years entry as well, which was absent from the 2022 entry. It’s worth mentioning that similar to last years entry, we will see the titles come to the PS4 and Xbox One consoles too, which is still a miracle in their current state.
