Syberia: The World Before is an upcoming adventure game from Koalabs and Microids. It is the latest entry in the Syberia series, this time featuring multiple timelines. The title is coming to PC this year and is shaping up to be the most technically impressive entry in the series, so far. With the release a few months away, the Syberia: The World Before System Requirements have been finally revealed.
Multiple titles slated for 2021 have been pushed to 2022, and it wouldn’t be surprising if Syberia: The World Before is also delayed. The pandemic has shaken the gaming industry badly, and it will be a while before we return to normality.
Syberia: The World Before System Requirements
To play the game on PC, you will need the following specifications

- OS: Windows 7 or higher
- Processor: i5 6600
- Memory: 8 GB RAM
- Graphics: Nvidia GTX 750 Ti or Amd radeon HD 7850 / R7 260X
- DirectX: Version 11
- Storage: 13 GB available space
Syberia: The World Before Recommended Requirements
- OS: Windows 10
- Processor: i7 8700 or higher
- Memory: 16 GB RAM
- Graphics: Nvidia GTX 1060 or Amd R9 390X / Fury X
- DirectX: Version 12
- Storage: 13 GB available space
- Additional Notes: SSD recommanded
Despite the major graphical upgrade from previous entries, the title isn’t very demanding. To play the game at higher settings, you will need something like an i7 8700 paired with a GTX 1060. The GTX 1060 is the most common GPU in the PC space according to Steam surveys, and we’re glad to see it in the requirements. It’s equivalent, the RX 580 should be enough as well.
Like many other modern PC titles, 16 GB of RAM is mentioned, and that is something we recommend all users upgrade to if they already haven’t. The game is pretty small when it comes to storage requirements, and only 13 GB of free space is required. One encouraging bit of information is the mention of Windows 7, which is something more and more titles are leaving behind.
