Tails of Iron is an upcoming RPG adventure from Odd Bug Studio, and CI Games. It features punishing combat, similar to souls-like titles, and some excellent medieval art direction. Players take on the role of Redgi, heir to the Rat Throne, as they face various threats and brutal bosses. The game also features narration from Witcher’s voice actor, Doug Cockle. Now, with the Steam page up, the Tails of Iron System Requirements are available.
The title is set to come out next month on a variety of platforms including PC, Xbox Series S|X, Xbox One, PS4/PS5, and on the Nintendo Switch. September is packed with various releases from indie to AAA.
Tails of Iron System Requirements
Here are the requirements for the upcoming title
Tails of Iron Minimum Requirements
- Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
- OS: Windows 10 64-bit
- Processor: Processor: 2.8 GHz Dual Core CPU
- Memory: 4 GB RAM
- Graphics: GeForce GTX 660 or equivalent with 2 GB of video RAM
- DirectX: Version 11
- Storage: 2 GB available space
Tails of Iron Recommended Requirements
- Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
- OS: Windows 10 64-bit
- Processor: 3.2 GHz Quad Core Processor
- Memory: 8 GB RAM
- Graphics: GeForce 960 or equivalent with 4GB of video RAM
- DirectX: Version 11
- Storage: 2 GB available space
Based on these requirements, it’s clear that Tails of Iron isn’t demanding at all. Players will need just about 2 GB of VRAM to play at lower settings, and 4 GB VRAM to crank those up. Something like a GTX 960 is recommended, which is a fairly old GPU at this point. The game also requires a total of 2 GB of disk space.
The game does require 8 GB of RAM, and a quad-core processor to really run smoothly. These requirements are in line with other 2D titles that feature similar art styles, like Darkest Dungeon. We hope that the developers add enough options to really allow for the game to shine on higher-end setups.
