- Go into the settings menu and go to the Game tab.
- Under the Game tab, find the Enable Developer Console (~) option and set it to “Yes.”
- After that, go into the Play section and select “Practice with Bots.”
- Choose any map you prefer, select the “No Bots” option, and then click “Go.“
- Once you’ve loaded into the map, open up the Console, using the ~ by default, and type in
