After many months of waiting, Among Us for PS4 has appeared on the PlayStation database and has a potential placeholder date for August 31st as a release date. While the game was announced for the PS4 and PS5 a few months ago,
Among Us for PS4 could release soon.
Among Us is a game that needs little to no introduction. The small indie title took the gaming world by storm in 2021 and still has a decent player base that is made up of mobile, PC, and Nintendo Switch players.
While the game has yet to release for the Xbox One/Xbox Series, or the PS4/PS5, Microsoft has confirmed that the game is scheduled to release but didn’t share a release date, and Sony released a trailer.
While we don’t have a fixed release date for either platform, the appearance on the PlayStation store could mean that a release date announcement could follow the upcoming PlayStation Show that has been long promised but yet to have a date scheduled for it.
Among Us for the PS4 and PS5 could be the first title to offer achievements/trophies, which will could encourage gamers on the console to play the game with their friends even more so, if it offers a platinum trophy.
