Are the BattleBit Remastered Mods? That’s a burning question that many players have been wondering lately. And, unfortunately, as of right now there are no mods in BattleBit Remastered.
That being said. There are a few shader options available on Nexus Mods as well as some other modding sites. While not mods per se, they do alter the game slightly.
Will BattleBit Remastered Receive Modding Support?
As of right now, the only thing we have to go on is this Tweet from March 7h, 2022. While not much, it does offer us an insight into what the developers are planning for the future. After all, there’s still a lot of content that needs to be added to the game.
The more toys modders have to work with – the better. Sure we have Assault Rifles and SMGs in the game. But we’re still missing a lot of the other weapon types, like Shotguns for example. And that’s just one of the planned features that have yet to be added to the game.
A Word of Warning: Installing Mods May Be a Bannable Offense
Altering the integrity of the game’s files goes against the terms and conditions of BattleBit Remastered. Be aware of this fact whenever you’re experimenting. Something as simple as a shader can bring the ban hammer down on you. Mod at your own risk.
