Devourer’s Scepter

You can get the giant hammer by completing the Volcano Manor side quest or by killing Bernhal. Nothing sticks out for the weapon aside from its Ash of War.
The overall Fire and Physical split damage it deals is pretty lackluster for such a massive weapon and has players heavily relying on its Faith scaling. Players running a hybrid Strength/ Faith pyromancy build might get something out of it. Plus, the Devourer of Worlds is still a good all-purpose crowd control skill against groups of enemies, thanks to the excellent leech effect.
Eclipse Shotel

While it’s a guaranteed win when it procs, unfortunately, it happens once in a blue moon.
Plus, it also ignores damage negation from blocks like a standard Shotel, which is always a welcomed addition in PVP.
