Call of Duty 2020 has made another appearance, but this time in the Nvidia control panel for PC. Spotted by Reddit user u/RedArthurDeadMorgan in a post on r/CallOfDuty. This could mean an announcement is coming very soon.

Call of Duty 2020 could be announced very soon

Call of Duty 2020 is a title that constantly appears on the news, but so far there are no signs of Activision teasing the game…yet.

The game has made its way to the control panel of the latest Nvidia drivers. With the game being present in the Nvidia control panel it means that there is support for the game, which could mean a PC beta could be happening soon.

We do know that currently, the game’s title card calls it Call of Duty Black Ops, and its on the PlayStation Store as The Red Door.

This is officially the longest Activision has gone without teasing or introducing a new Call of Duty, which is quite mysterious.

With July being pivotal months for Ubisoft and Microsoft, perhaps now would be a good time for Activision to drop an announcement, otherwise they might just skip to a direct announcement in August.

Fans are still debating if Call Of Duty Black Ops is going to take the soft reboot route of Call of Duty Modern Warfare (2019) and give each franchise a fresh start.

Many fans say they enjoyed the more grounded approach of Call of Duty titles as opposed to wall running and double jumping introduced in Call of Duty Black Ops 2 and onwards.

There is also the question if Activision will release the latest entry as a cross generation title for the Xbox One/PS4 and the Xbox Series X/PS5.

Another question pops up if they’ll opt for Smart Delivery for the XBox and Cross-Buy for the PlayStation for fans who buy the previous generation.

There are certainly a lot of questions that need to be answered, but until Activision speaks up a bit more about Call of Duty 2020, they will go unanswered.
