Clid The Snail is an upcoming top-down character action shooter from Weird Beluga Studio and Koch Media. The game was shown again at Gamescom 2021, with brand new footage. It was initially confirmed for PC alongside PS4 and PS5, but now we have a Steam page as well, with more details. One of these details are the Clid The Snail System Requirements.
The developers are targeting an August release date for the PS4/PS5 version at least. We will have to see if it will release on PC simultaneously, or if later in 2021.
Clid The Snail System Requirements
To play the game on PC, you will need the following specifications
Clid The Snail Minimum Requirements
- OS: Windows 7 / 8.1 / 10
- Processor: AMD FX 4300 / Intel Core i3-4130
- Memory: 4 GB RAM
- Graphics: Radeon HD 7870 / GeForce GTX 660
- DirectX: Version 11
- Storage: 4290 MB available space
- Sound Card: Integrated or dedicated DirectX 9 compatible soundcard
- Additional Notes: 1080p, 16:9 recommended
Clid The Snail Recommended Requirements
- OS: Windows 10
- Processor: AMD FX 8350 / Intel Core i5-4690K
- Memory: 8 GB RAM
- Graphics: Radeon R9 380 / GeForce GTX 1050-Ti
- DirectX: Version 12
- Storage: 4290 MB available space
- Sound Card: Integrated or dedicated DirectX 9 compatible soundcard
- Additional Notes: 1080p, 16:9 recommended
These requirements are targeting the 1080p resolution, with an aspect ratio of 16:9. While the game looks graphically impressive, it isn’t that demanding based on these. Interested PC users will need something like i5-4690K, paired with a GTX 1050-Ti to play at higher settings at 1080p. This isn’t too bad, as both the CPU and GPU are fairly old at this point.
Players will also need a total of 4.2 GB of free space and only 8 GB of RAM to get a smooth experience. Unlike a lot of modern titles, Windows 7 has been listed in the supported operating systems as well.
