Dark and Darker is an upcoming hardcore fantasy FPS dungeon PvPvE adventure from IRONMACE. The title pits you and your friends against tons of monsters, treasures, and other players. Players can access the Alpha at the moment and try out the game, which is scheduled to release in 2023. It’s certainly a unique experience where you’ll hunt for treasure and rush to save your skin. To play the game on PC, you need the following specifications.

- Memory: 8 GB RAM
- Graphics: GeForce GTX 1060 with 3GB of video RAM or Radeon RX 580 with 4GB of video RAM

- Storage: 12 GB available space

- Memory: 16 GB RAM
- Graphics: GeForce RTX or Radeon RX 5600 XT or above
- DirectX: Version 11
- Network: Broadband Internet connection
- Storage: 12 GB available space
This isn’t a very demanding game, and the requirements currently available aren’t too detailed either. If you’re looking to play the game at higher settings, you’ll need something like an RX 5600 XT paired with a “quad-core” CPU with a clock speed of 3.6 GHz. This information isn’t all that helpful but based on what we know, most mid-budget PCs should have no problem running this game.
If you’re fine with turning down a few settings, you can make do with something like a GTX 1060 as well, with 3 GB of VRAM. You need a total of 12 GB to install the game, and 16 GB of RAM is recommended.
Dark and Darker Alpha
The third Alpha for Dark and Darker is currently running, and if you’re looking to test the game out, see how it plays, and runs, you can easily do so by clicking on the “Request Access” button on the Steam page. This alpha will end on 23rd December.
