Dead Island 2 is an upcoming first-person action RPG from Deep Silver and Deep Silver Dambuster Studios. After years of delays, change in developers, leaked builds, and tons of rumors, Dead Island 2 is finally coming to PC and consoles this year. It’s become a meme at this point, but the title was delayed once more, and we hope this is the last time. This new entry is still coming to last-gen consoles, as well as PC, and is currently slated for April 2023. Here is the Dead Island 2 Pre-Order Bonus you’ll get for an early purchase.

If you pre-order Dead Island 2, you’ll get the following additional content.
Memories of Banoi Pack
This pack includes the following content.
- Banoi War Club
- Memories of Banoi Baseball Bat
- Weapon Perk – Balanced
- Personal Space Skill Card
This bonus is the same across all platforms, and you’re basically getting 2 bonus weapons, one weapon perk, which is “balanced,” and a personal space skill card. Currently, there is no elaboration of what the perk and skill card do, but it seems you’ll have a bit of an advantage as you start your zombie-slaying adventure.
It’s a bit unclear at the moment if you can get this content in the game or if these items are completely exclusive to the pre-order bonus. Either way, compared to simple cosmetic bonuses, this isn’t all that bad. The standard edition costs $69.99.

Here is a nice chart that shows what content each edition includes. Only the Gold Edition includes the Expansion Pass at the moment, and from what I can tell, that’s the only way to avail it, at least during the pre-order period.

The PC version is exclusive to the Epic Games Store and should come out on Steam after a year or so when the exclusivity period ends.
