Tomb Raider I-III Remastered

Tomb Raider I-III Remastered is available now on PC and consoles and collects the first three entries from the classic series, all remastered for modern systems. The PC version runs great on basically anything but doesn’t have the most settings to tweak. If you want to disable the Tomb Raider Remastered vsync setting, here is how you can do that.

Disable Vsync in Tomb Raider Remastered

If you want to disable vsync to enjoy an unlocked framerate in Tomb Raider Remastered, you need to use the -novsync launch command because there isn’t a setting for it in-game.

  • Open Steam and navigate to your library
  • Right-click on Tomb Raider Remastered in your library
  • Click Properties
Properties
Properties
  • Select the General tab
  • Under LAUNCH OPTIONS enter the following command
-novsync
Launch Option to disable Vsync
Launch Option to disable Vsync

That’s all you need to do, and the next time you launch the game, vsync will be disabled. Now, this means that the game will have an unlocked framerate, and considering how nondemanding this release is, you might want to cap the framerate using some other tool.

We hope this guide was helpful and you were able to disable the vsync setting in the Tomb Raider collection setting on PC. If you have any questions, feel free to ask them in the comments below.
