Elden Ring is definitely going to be the talk of the gaming world for the next few weeks. A brand new entry into the soulslike genre coming from FomSoftware, Elden Ring’s hype knows no bounds. However, it seems that Elden Ring has been cracked on day one of the games launch by pirate group PLAZA.

Elden Ring Cracked – This is one ring that can’t be fixed

Elden Ring is a name synonymous with hype. Considering how the word died down with the likes of Battlefield 2042 and Cyberpunk 2077, fans are finally excited that FromSoftware is still in true form and has delivered an exemplary product once more, and some are even calling the game their biggest masterpiece yet.

However, a subreddit dedicated to tracking games that have been cracked by pirates, r/CrackWatch, has confirmed that pirate group PLAZA has cracked Elden Ring. This means pirates will be able to enjoy the game on day one as well.

While this could mean bad news for FromSoftware, a title like this will still see record numbers due to the overwhelming hype and reputation that the game holds. Unfortunately, the pirate release does mean that potential customers who just want to experience the single-player and delete the game will now be able to do so, but a game of Elden Ring’s claim and prestige will have little trouble in selling record numbers.

The cracked game will soon be live on sites where one can acquire the download and while they won’t be linked in the subreddit or Twitter, pirates know where to look and where to go to find their loot.

Elden Ring also just officially unlocked on Steam and all other platforms, meaning you should be able to play it now if you’re on PC or if you are in certain other regions like the NA, you will have to wait a few more hours.

What are your thoughts on day one piracy? Do you see it having an impact on the game’s numbers? Let us know in the comments section below.
